Dr. Lawrence has been in private practice for over 30 years. He has attended advanced cosmetic dentistry training sessions at the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida.

The Pankey Institute is considered by many in the dental profession to be the best place for post-graduate cosmetic dental education. He is a certified Clear Aligners (invisible braces) Preferred Provider and a Perio Protect nonsurgical gum treatment provider.

Dr. Lawrence is a member of the Academy for General Dentistry, the American Academy for Cosmetic Dentistry, the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

We have patients that travel from New York, Ohio, New Jersey and Maryland to see Dr. Lawrence because of his kind, gentle manner combined with his extraordinary dental talents.

From “Instant Orthodontics” to “Smile Makeovers”, Dr. Lawrence is considered to be one of the most talented and experienced cosmetic dentists in the Wilkes Barre, Scranton, and Poconos areas.

Hygienists

Kimberly

Kimberly has been with us as a registered dental hygienist since August 2021. She graduated from L.C.C.C in 2003 with an Associates in Applied Science. In 2010 she went on to study at the University of Pitt to be licensed to administer local anesthesia. She has over 20 years experience treating patients and enjoys every day. Her goal is to help each patient become a healthier, happy version of themselves. Outside of work she loves spending time with her dogs, family and friends.

Pam

Pam has been a dental hygienist for 35 years and has been working with Dr. Lawrence for 27 years! She is a 1988 graduate of the L.C.C.C. dental hygiene program. Her goal is to educate and help each patient maintain good oral hygiene and dental health while getting to know them and making them look forward to their recare visits at our office.

Her time outside of the office is most often spent with her family and friends. She loves gardening and vacationing in Maine with her husband and Irish Setter, Tallulah.

Daniel

Daniel has been with us as a Registered Dental Hygienist since December 2021. He graduated from LCCC in 2016 and holds a Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthesia license. He loves to make appointments as easy and painless as possible, taking time to make sure that every patient leaves with tips to continue into their best health. Daniel may have a big presence but he's really just a big teddy bear that loves to share and listen to stories. When he is outside of work, he enjoys cars, motorcycles and boats. His dogs Shelby and Bruno accompany him on outdoor adventures, like hiking, fishing and working in the garage.

Dental Assistants

Kim

Kim has been a member of Dr. Lawrence’s team since 2007. She graduated from L.C.C.C. with a Certificate of Specialization in Dental Assisting in 2003. She wants to make sure that each office visit is as comfortable and anxiety-free as possible. Outside of work, Kim enjoys taking road trips, visiting historic places, browsing antique stores and spending time with her family and fur kids.

Rachel

Rachel has been working as an assistant in the dental field since 2015. She completed her Certified Dental Assistant Degree at Luzerne County Community College which has enabled her to broaden her scope of patient care. She obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant License in October of 2021 and has been with Lawrence Dental Group since February of 2021. Rachel loves spending time with her dog Duke and her two horses Lenny and Cake and spending time outdoors.

Administrative

Tara

Tara joined Dr. Lawrence and the team in May 2021 as Office Manager. She started her career in Dental Administration back in 2013 in Arizona. In addition to front and back office administration, she has trained as a Dental Assistant. She has a passion for patient care, her goal is to help each patient wear a beautiful smile. Loves to travel and watch her children succeed.
